What you will find

Today

A queue of your assigned encounters, milestone reviews and tasks.

Start each day with what needs your attention.

Encounters

A guided sequence: plan → authorization check → observed participation → assessment → debrief → recommendation → signature.

Assessment is structured, not a blank form.

Assessment marks

Each element is marked observed, not observed, not applicable or incomplete.

You never have to imply something you did not see.

Phase IV milestones

Milestone reviews across a surgeon’s progression.

Longitudinal view instead of isolated encounters.

Remediation

Documented plans when further practice is needed.

Concerns become a clear path forward.

Signed record

A PDF signed record of the completed encounter.

A durable document for the surgeon and the institution.

Your first session

  1. 1Open Today and review your queue.
  2. 2Plan a new encounter.
  3. 3Confirm the surgeon’s authorization for the case.
  4. 4Record observed participation and mark each element.
  5. 5Debrief and write your recommendation.
  6. 6Sign and issue the PDF record.

Instructor and verifier are different roles

  • An instructor teaches and assesses during an encounter.
  • A verifier confirms that a surgeon’s logged entry matches what happened.

A person may hold one, both or neither, as assigned by the institution. Verification requests are handled in the separate verifier workspace.
